Kim brings  a blend of academic, business and non-profit experience to business   development.  She has many years experience as a business college professor and   started her own business Pichot Consulting in 1994.  In 2006 she incorporated under   the current name, Complete Success, Inc. reflecting her philosophy that true success   involves mastery in all areas of life.

  She possesses extensive knowledge of multi-cultural environments, having lived,   studied and worked in South America, Europe and Africa. Some of her favorite   experiences include alligator hunting at night in the Amazon, living in a mud hut in a   remote village in Africa, and taking a midnight tour of an abandoned castle in   southern France.  She speaks Portuguese and French, in addition to her English.

Kim graduated from Monterey Institute of International Studies, an affiliate of Middlebury College, with a Masters of Business Administration in International Management.  She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in French from Pacific Union College.

Her current affiliations are member of Evans Area Chamber of Commerce where she currently holds monthly seminars, member of Front Range Business Leaders chapter of BNI, and  Success Unlimited Networking (SUN Coaching).  She also volunteers for United Way of Weld County in Colorado, is the director of a children’s club, Pathfinders and Adventurers Club, and is a member of the executive committee of the SDA Mid-America Union Conference in Lincoln, Nebraska.
