Generating Referrals/Creating an Advocate Program

Some companies generate fewer than 10% of their clients/customers through referrals; others acquire virtually all of their business in this manner.  Learn how little time and money it requires to increase your business via referrals.  Know the proper time to request a referral, and the “script” that will ensure your greatest success.  It’s time to work smart, not hard.
